The Challenge
LB Finanzas sought to efficiently scale its user base. It used paid acquisition media as a primary source of growth but found inefficiencies in its execution.
In initial discussions with Effi, it was identified that conversion rates needed to be improved in the key stages of its registration process, aiming for the acquisition of qualified verified users who would make first deposits.

Channel Expansion: We incorporated new media and in December launched an App Installs campaign on Facebook, improving conversion rates and volumes.
Results
From September to January, Effi's strategic execution achieved:
447% increase in users acquired through advertising, making it the primary means of user acquisition for LB Finanzas.
-53% cost per user acquired through advertising.
80% better conversion rate of the registration process.
Consistency in work models resulting in record numbers of users acquired, active users, and operations.
